When a painting is created for you or ordered out of the category “ready to hang,” it usually takes up to 5 business days to ship within Europe. Worldwide shipping depends on the country and usually takes a little longer.

Shipping costs are included in the price. Import taxes outside of Europe have to be paid locally.

When something happens on the way to your painting, and it arrives damaged or scratched, I will make sure that you receive a new artwork as soon as possible. But I pack it very well, so usually, nothing happens.

Once ordered, You will receive an invoice, which you can pay with a bank transfer.

When you commission me for a painting and the invoice is paid, I will start creating. The production time usually takes up to six weeks. (I will order all of the materials, especially for you, this mostly takes up to two weeks).

All pieces are signed, a handwritten certificate of authenticity is attached to the back of the painting, together with some nice postcards and a booklet of my work.
