Emerald

The technique of the raw, structured mixed-media abstracts is similar to my portraits, but I just left them out. I begin by digitally blending all kinds of pictures, and after printing the result, I create massive structures on top of the result and finish the piece by painting every detail with water-based oil paint. In this way, digital becomes tangible again. The abstract paintings are one-off artworks mounted on a high-quality 3D aluminum frame and shipped worldwide by professionals.
