The mixed media abstract pieces are born from digitally blending images on a computer. As images are playfully manipulated, new and authentic visuals emerge, forming the foundation for abstract creations. Once the digital artwork is crafted, it is printed and affixed to the canvas, then intricately worked over with gel mediums to build texture. Afterwards, it’s enhanced with acrylics, oils, and oil pastels and finished with a satin gloss varnish. Materials are applied using brushes, sponges, palette knives, and fingers.
